What started as corpus  Christi's only downtown kolache bakery serving up our signature brisket kolaches, we have evolved and expanded into a scratch kitchen featuring a weekday Downtown Soup & Salad bar with a full hot buffet on Sundays.
We start each and every day with our delicious breakfast kolaches at 8am, then feature a Scratch Soup and Downtown Salad Bar Monday-Friday from 11am-3pm. On Sunday from 11am-3pm, we offer a hot lunch of comfort food favorites like meatloaf meatballs with gravy, roasted chicken, homemade soups, scratch made sides, fresh baked breads and flaky pies.
